1″ Hole Saw

1″ Arbored Hole Saw M42 with Cobalt has a cylindrical cup with serrated Edge to cut a clean, symmetrical, circular hole. Also includes ONE mandrel and ONE Black Oxide Pilot drill bit. Bi-metal for cutting faster and smoother and with reduced vibration due to the 4/6 variable pitched teeth. High grade M42 industrial steel with cobalt. Cobalt in the teeth makes the teeth extras hard for use in the toughest applications. Use with a portable or stationary drill on wood, plastic, metal and Inox . This is the exact bit we use to drill out our holes for our 3/4″ circle grommet!

Psilly Note:

After drilling pilot hole in plastic, put drill in reverse to melt the plastic instead of cutting forward. You’ll experience less breaks and a cleaner cut after prolonged use.
