Returns / RMA Exchange's

Returns known as RMA’s or “Return Merchandise Authorization,” can be made within 14 Days of the date of delivery. RMA’s are for items that may show up damaged, you changed your mind etc.

For damaged products during shipment, or DOA components and warranties replacements are different for each product. Simply contact us explaining the issue, send pictures of damaged items, or non-functioning “dead on arrival” components. While we test all components before leaving the facility, electronics can be funny sometimes and when plugged into a new voltage system and blow.  We provide different options for different products so just contact us using the form below to see what we can do to get you up and running asap!

All returns must be Authorized by Gorilla Mushrooms™ prior to being mailed back and must be post marked on or before the 14th day after delivery. If your package has not been postmarked or shipped on or before the 14th day, we reserve the right to refuse the return, or refuse to accept the package when it arrives. 

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer if the return is not due to damage to the item(s) or manufacturers faulty components. Changing your mind does not constitute a valid reason for returning your package, and will require you to purchase your own label and return the item(s) back to our return address listed below, unless another return address is specified in your return correspondence. We do not accept any returns on substrates, mediums, spawn bags, BRF Jars, etc. of any kind. We do not accept returns on any electronics accept DOA or faulty items.

All electronics have a 90 Day limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product page and can be handled through our RMA process if they need fixed or replaced. You will have 14 days, starting from the date the delivery is made to make a claim on broken items. Any damage to shipping box or container should be pictured and sent to [email protected] within 2 days of delivery.

Returns due to changing your mind, mistakenly ordered or late arrival:

Customers may return any unused item within the 14-day period. If you are returning your purchase because you changed your mind or because the shipping method you selected didn’t arrive when you wanted it to, you mistakenly ordered something, or unknowingly ordered a backordered item you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of that order/item as well as the original shipping charge(s).  You will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

We will not cover shipping charges of any kind unless your return was directly due to the negligence of our team. USPS and UPS are the shipping company. Once we release an item into their possession, we have absolutely no way to dictate how fast the package moves or whether it gets delayed. This doesn’t include lost items. We fully cover all packages with shipping insurance for UPS and USPS Priority mail. If a package is sent through one of those services and has reached the time limit for the company to register the item as lost or stolen, we will take care of it from there.

If your tracking shows your item as delivered by carrier, we will not reship your package. It is the carriers responsibility to get it to your residence. If you don’t have a secure location that is nobody’s fault but your own. Reshipping the item sets precedence to anyone claiming they didn’t receive their package at any time and makes us responsible. We will not be taking that responsibility. It is on you at that point to contact the carrier and delivery driver who marked your item as delivered!

If your order shows as delivered by the shipping company, you will need to file a police report if your package is missing. 9 times out of 10 if you go to the shippers website you can open a case and they will find it quickly as most use GPS tracking on delivery scans!
