Troubleshooting Tips:
- If the timer does not display any numbers when it arrives, plug it into a power receptacle for 10 – 20 minutes, then you may unplug it to set your clock and timers. If after 10 minutes and it still doesn’t display anything, jump to tip #4 in this list.
- If your light isn’t coming on during the specified “ON” time, press [MODE] until the timer displays “ON” and your device turns on, then press [MODE] again to display “TIME” and the timer will take over.
- If your device is running but should be “OFF” then you will want to press [MODE] until the timer displays “OFF” and the device shuts off. Then press [MODE] once more to [TIME] to allow the timer to take over the functions.
- If the timer has digits that look all funky, like it’s short circuited or something to that nature, or is still blank, use a ballpoint pen or a paperclip to press and hold the RESET button in the hole directly on the bottom center of the timer between [HOUR] & [MIN]. Once pressed the timer will reset and should display digits properly. If after pressing RESET nothing happens, please contact customer support using the contact form below!
