Please contact us, before you purchase, if you would like your items to be shipped to these specific destinations for your custom shipping quote. We do not ship any order over 1LB or 16.0oz to PO. Boxes. You must use a residential or commercial shipping address. Commercial shipping addresses may incur lower rates. If you have a commercial shipping address feel free to contact us before processing your order and we can get you a custom shipping quotes. Shipping quoted through the USPS Plugin on our ecommerce website displays our discounted rates offered to us through WooCommerce ecommerce WordPress Plugin. The USPS Plugin uses real-time rates through an API connected to USPS Server. We do not make these rates. Furthermore, the USPS Plugin will sometimes miscalculate the shipping on the front end user/buyer side checkout and will not charge enough for the shipping. If we cannot move forward due to the lack of funds available for shipping we will contact you immediately and invoice you for the reminder. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to refusal to pay the remainder of the shipping. We offer our rates as a courtesy to our clientele.

SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING:
Most items ship within 1-2 business days, this does not include Saturdays or Sundays, and does not include Government Holidays. Some items may take longer and those are specified on their perspective product pages. Again, this is not a guarantee that your order will ship in this window. We make many of our products to order due to supply chain issues, etc. This means depending on the current sales volume and backed up orders that your item may not ship in the 3 Day handling time. If this is the case, you will be notified via email through your Gorillakits.com account. Notes on your account will have the email subject of (Note added to your Gorilla Mushrooms™ Premium Mushroom Grow Kits & Supplies order)
Any free shipping items or coupon vouchers of 16oz or less are mailed via USPS First Class Mail with tracking; anything weighing over 16oz will be shipped via UPS 1-4 day or USPS 1-5 day shipping via the cheapest carrier service e.g. USPS, or UPS. If “Free” Shipping is offered on FAME Kits we will only account for a maximum of $50.00 USD for each FAME kit. If the total shipping cost exceeds this amount, the buyer is responsible for excess charges, no exceptions whatsoever. We reserve the right to refuse any sale and refund the order if shipment exceeds $50.00USD and the buyer refuses to pay the extra charges. All efforts will be made to meet this maximum requirement and to show proof of excess shipping charges.
We do not offer 1 day or overnight shipping whatsoever. If the option is available on the checkout page, then we will ship via that option.
Some items are shipped directly from our distributors, which allows us to offer more competitive pricing. Packaging will be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. We may also repackage certain items to get you the best price available. This will be specified on the products page in our shop if it is the case.
Shipping options at checkout are not guaranteed. All prices are supplied via API directly from UPS.com and USPS.com in the event you pay for the more expensive option, it does not mean you will receive your order any faster than had you selected the cheaper option. USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 Days and is calculated once shipped. This means, 1-3 Days plus our stated 1-3 Day handling time.
Gorillakits.com will do everything in its power to meet the 1-3 Day shipping time and reserves the right to change your shipping method at any time at their discretion. Our goal is to get you the fastest delivery possible for the best price. This means if the API charged you a much higher rate than we actually pay for your shipping, we will automatically refund any excess shipping charged minus any fee’s. We are not here to make money off your shipping. We make or money off our outstanding products!
TRACKING:
All tracking numbers will be attached to your GorillaKits.com account. Once attached, you should receive an email to your account email notifying you of the tracking number update. If your item has been packaged and ready for shipment, your tracking number will be uploaded to your account. If it hasn’t been dropped off yet, or in the case of UPS or USPS haven’t picked up from our warehouse and scanned the package into their system, it will display a notice when you search the tracking that the label has been printed but has not been dropped off yet. If you see your tracking, it should update with information within 12hrs; with exception to Friday Tracking updates, if they don’t update by 7PM they will not update until Monday afternoon. If you have a tracking number, this means your order is processed, packaged and label, and is just awaiting pickup from the carrier. We do not make deliveries.
If you purchased your items from eBay you will receive your tracking under the tabs My eBay >> Purchase History >> Purchased Item. You may also receive an eBay initiated email as an auto mail with this tracking or a notification of this tracking number.
If you purchased your items from Etsy you will receive your tracking under this link https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. You may also receive an Etsy initiated email as an auto mail with this tracking or a notification of this tracking number.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE:
Our store takes responsibility for dealing with all the tasks involved in moving goods from our warehouse, Fulfillment by Amazon, or our distributors warehouse to our client’s door. It is our responsibility to add insurance to packages valued at $50.01 or more and we absorb all costs and risks until the package is scanned at your delivery location. First Class packages have no insurance included. If you have a First-Class package, it will not be insured. We will do everything to make it right if you don’t receive your package., but once tracking shows delivered, our responsibility ends. In other words, the amount you pay to purchase items from us includes all expenses inclusive of taxes to deliver your purchase at the doorstep of your shipping address specified. If the item never makes it to its final scan location at your shipping address, we will take care of it and you will get full refund, or you can opt for a replacement at no charge!
If the shipping company has delivered your package to your shipping address, which they can verify with their GPS locating service, and your item comes up missing or is stolen you will need to contact us immediately, but most importantly you need to contact your local police department. We will contact the shipping company and try everything in our power to help you find your lost or stolen package, but if it was scanned at your shipping address the liability will fall on you as it’s your location, and you should have a secure location for your package, or be available to accept the package when delivered. If you would like signature service added to your shipment, please let us know before you purchase your item! So, please be sure you have a safe and adequately sized location a delivery driver can deliver your shipment to.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
International delivery is currently unavailable through our website. We are working to get this taken care of, but in the meantime, you can purchase our FAME Kit on eBay (CLICK HERE) through eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP).

Our store pays special attention to this point as making payment in a secured environment is a primary concern of individuals.
