MycoMash™ 12 – Mushroom Bulking Additive is comprised of 100% natural and organic ingredients specifically selected to make your BRF substrate jars, (also known as BRF TEK, PF TEK, Brown Rice Flour Cakes), yield higher than ever before! This special recipe is formulated, to meet the standards of the SuperTEK recipe used widely throughout the industry. Our ingredients are sourced from organic supplies and have been blended to give your PF Tek jars maximum yield and more boom for your buck!

Gorilla Mushrooms™ customers have taken this product to new heights using MycoMash in their grain spawn bags and even in their bulk substrates. While we haven’t tested this ourselves, it has been reported numerous times that grain spawn bags colonize faster than ever before, sometimes in as little as 2 weeks, where they normally take up to 4-6 weeks to fully colonize.
Recommended Dosage for Grain Spawn and Bulk Substrates:
- Add 1 – MycoMash™ 12 to 1LB Grain Spawn or Bulk Substrate Recipe
- Add 2 – MycoMash™ 12 to 3LB Grain Spawn or Bulk Substrate Recipe
- Add 3 – MycoMash™ 12 to 5LB Grain Spawn or Bulk Substrate Recipe
NOTE: MycoMash™ should be added to your recipe prior to pasteurizing, pressure cooking, water bath or simmering.
These are recommended dosages based on client testimonials, we have not tested these measurements ourselves. We have had wonderful feedback about them. These are the most widely used nutrients a mushroom can eat. We age our MycoMash™ to aid in decomposition and nutrient uptake. Not for human consumption!

When you hear about SuperTEK on the forums the recipe they are talking about consists, 9/10 times, with a basic PF TEK/BRF Tek recipe and the ingredients in our MycoMash™. We have sourced the finest ingredients for this recipe, and pulverized them into a fine mash so it can be easily dry blended right into your BRF recipe. No measuring, no sourcing, no unused ingredients left over to rot, or expire before you use them and certainly no strain on your wallet. Some of these ingredients are expensive, or only come in large bags or boxes and can become quite expensive to get them all. Well, we took out the guesswork, and made a single serve package that can be added right to an 12 half pint jar Brown Rice Flour Recipe. A recipe will be supplied with each order.
