Gorilla Mushrooms™ has heard your calls for a larger still air box! The Inoculation Station™ PRO  is an upgraded 80 quart chamber which features a gasket seal to safeguard your substrate inoculation from any contaminants. This stops contaminants from coming down over your inoculation area. Durable, tight-fitting latches help keep the lid securely held to the base. The chambers see-through design allows contents to be easily identified from any angle. The Inoculation Station™ PRO is large but easily storable and is designed with the safety of your hands, substrate and final product in mind.

Large Flange:

Utilizing a 6″ flange kit we created this still air box which allows for a perfect opening to allow you to move freely within the box. With a nearly 2″ lip protruding into the box, these flanges stop air from getting into the hole as it could without a flange; so they are not just for looks! These flanges feature a high-quality Metal construction with a high gloss white finish that accents the box design nicely.

Arm Length Gloves:

Our high quality 26″ arm length industrial strength gloves are constructed with a soft cotton liner and coated in Oil-Resistant PVC and have a rough surface for better grip. The rough surface textured finish enhances your grip allowing for better handling of spore syringes and substrate jars or bags. This unit should be big enough for even the largest of substrate bags or jars! We always recommend spraying the inside of your chamber and lid with a disinfectant 10 minutes prior to inoculation with your substrates inside the chamber and wiping down gloves with alcohol just prior to inoculation. While not mandatory, we want to ensure you are practicing proper sterilization practices to ensure a greater success rate. Most new mushroom growers and even experienced growers have to deal with contamination. Use the Inoculation Station™ PRO to help cut down on contamination changes and put your mind at ease!

Practicing sterilization techniques is the best way to make sure you succeed in your mushroom inoculation. Be sure to have other sterilization supplies ready and to sterilize your Inoculation Station™ before inoculation using a disinfectant spray or cleaner. After putting your spore syringe and jars/bags in chamber, spray with disinfectant and wait 10 minutes before inoculating for best results. Most don’t do this and still succeed.
